What started off as an intuitive practice by Wim Hof - meaning he felt the power before anything was every proven - is now backed by scientific research. You will regain your connection with Mother Nature, helping you to appreciate all of life. It is fact that we are more than ever controlled by our external environments as we continually seek comfort and ways to make this planet just the way we want it. You will not only be more connected with one another, but rather the essence of life itself. This is the most inclusive, open, and loving community I have ever met. I teach a gentle yoga practice to help you warm your body up and prepare for breathwork with Jacob. My primary role is a space holder for all that may arise in you during our workshop (emotions, energy, sensations, etc.).

My background is in energy healing - I am a Reiki practitioner, Shamanic cacao facilitator and life coach. It’s quite moving to witness our guests embodying all aspects of breath, consciousness and the discomfort of the cold. I absolutely love co-hosting our workshops because we get to teach people how to be their own medicine and not rely so much on external sources for comfort or relief. Jacob introduced me to the WHM back in 2018. I believe we have the tools to end personal suffering, and this body of work is absolutely a foundation to go within. I’m a life long learner and here to support the collective. In Uni, I studied International business and went on to become a Professional Fire Fighter and certified NLP practitioner. I can’t wait to share this method with you. Shortly after, I went through his program to become a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. Back in 2018, I joined Wim on his expedition in Poland, climbing to the top of a mountain in -20☌ in shorts and let’s say I was hooked to say the least. The Wim Hof Method forever changed my life.
